Recently, 2 Year Wolves EHLP Forward Joey Mandel committed to play ACHA College Hockey for SUNY- Buffalo State starting in the Fall of 2024.  The Wolves organization would like to wish our sincerest congratulations to Joey and his family.

Joey was an integral part of 2 playoff (and one Finals appearance) with the New England Wolves EHLP team.  He provided consistent team play, hard work and dedication to each of the teams he was on, and had this to say about his Wolves experience.

"As of this morning I was accepted into Buffalo State. I’m now fully committed to attending in the fall. Just wanted to bring that to your attention as well as to say thank you for the great 2 years I had at the wolves. The organization is amazing and I couldn’t say a bad thing about it. I developed so much and reached a level of play that I didn’t think I’d achieve. The Wolves as well as the EHLP improved my game to new heights and I’m forever proud to have worn that jersey for 2 great seasons. I want to thank Coach Bates and Kunes for all their help, if you could pass that on to them I’d appreciate it. I want to thank you for all of your help as well. You helped me find a love for the game of hockey that I didn’t think I’d get back. I loved playing for you and your coaching style really fit my game well. The way you connect PERSONALLY with all your players really makes a difference in their lives, on and off the ice, especially mine.
