The New England Wolves are pleased to announce the commitment of Declan House to Franklin Pierce University for the fall of 2022.  House, a 2001 birth year defender and alternate captain on the Wolves EHL team, recently recorded his 100th career EHL point.

Franklin Pierce University is a private university in Rindge, New Hampshire. It was founded as Franklin Pierce College in 1962, combining a liberal arts foundation with coursework for professional preparation.

The school gained university status in 2007 and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). It has an enrollment of 1,400 students[1] and overlooks Pearly Pond, a few miles from Mount Monadnock.   Franklin Pierce competes at the NCAA Division II level in the NE-10 conference.

“I am very happy for Declan for his commitment to Franklin Pierce.  He’s been a top player for our team for multiple years and his game has matured so that FPU will be getting a player who will make an impact at the college level right away.” said EHL Head Coach Tim Kunes.

As mentioned earlier, House recently recorded his 100th EHL point on Monday, February 7th.  He is only the 3rd EHL defenseman to record this many career points.

" We are extremely proud of Declan's accomplishment and his contributions to our program over the last several years.  He has assisted the Wolves in hundreds of hours of community service, been an integral part of playoff teams, and will forever be a part of the Wolves identity." said Andrew Trimble, Wolves GM.

Congratulations to Declan House.  Go Wolves!
