Players at Both EHL & EHLP Levels

FORWARD - DOMINIKS MARCINKEVICS (NEW ENGLAND WOLVES)

Marcinkevics and the Wolves won both of their games this past weekend, beating the East Coast Wizards by the score of 5-3 on Friday, and then following things up with a 5-4 victory over the Walpole Express on Sunday. Marcinkevics was one of the offensive stars for his team, tallying 5 goals and an assist to his name. The 2001-born forward had the game-winning goal in each game, and showed now signs of youth, despite being the 2nd youngest player on his team. It was a phenomenal start to Marcinkevics' EHL career, and he will look to stay hot this week when the Wolves hit the road to face the Wizards again on the Friday, and then the New Hampshire Avalanche on Saturday.

FORWARD - BURKE RUEL (NEW ENGLAND WOLVES)

Ruel and the Wolves kicked-off their season in grand fashion, winning all three of their home games. The undefeated start to the year included wins over the Central Penn PanthersValley Jr. Warriors, and Walpole Express. There were many players who made key contributions over the weekend, but Ruel was the offensive catalyst, as he notched 8 points to his name. The '99 had a pair of goals to go along with 6 assists, and those totals included the game-winning tally against the Express this past Sunday. Ruel will look to stay hot, as he leads the Wolves on the road this weekend for a pair of games against the New Jersey Renegades.

DEFENSEMAN - JACK JOHANSEN (NEW ENGLAND WOLVES)

Sticking with the Wolves, the team's 2nd leading scorer from the weekend was Johansen. The 2000-born defenseman from Milford, NH tallied at least a point in all 3 games, and finished the weekend with a pair of goals and 4 assists to his name. On Friday, it was actually the Panthers who jumped out the lead first, but that was quickly erased when Johansen tied the score. Following his goal, the Wolves never trailed once the rest of the weekend, and just like Ruel, he'll look to keep things rolling as the Wolves take their perfect record on the road.
