The New England Wolves are pleased to announce the commitment of Rochester, NY native, Anthony Thurston to the Framingham State Rams, Fall 2018.

Thurston, served as a captain for the Wolves for the 2017-18 campaign and tallied 18 points in 44 games at the EHL level this past season, in addition to adding 2 goals in the Wolves EHL playoffs.  Thurston is known for his toughness, and ability to play a physical two- way game.

"Anthony came to our program for his last year of Junior looking to be seen by schools and achieve his goal of playing college hockey." said Wolves GM Andrew Trimble  " He brought consistency into our lineup and veteran leadership, and I expect that he will have a great career as a 4 year student/athlete at Framingham.  We wish him a ton of success with Coach Angers!"

Framingham State University is a public university in Framingham, Massachusetts. It offers undergraduate programs in a range of subjects, including art, biology, and communication arts, and graduate programs, including MBA, MEd, and MS.
