The Wolves EHLP, playing in round 1 of the Northern Conference playoffs against the Valley JR Warriors, scored a thrilling Overtime victory on Friday afternoon to advance to play the Boston JR Rangers.
Goals were scored by Nathan DeWolf (assisted by Rob Lennox) and the OT Winner by defenseman Harrison Sirkis (assisted by Dylan Treamer).
"The boys put in one of their most consistent efforts of the season at just the right time." Said Coach Tim Kunes. "Harrison picked the right time to bury his first goal of the year!"
Both Wolves playoff teams return to action against Massachusetts opponents this afternoon.
