EHL team comes back after 14-2 Loss

The Wolves EHL team, less than 24 hours after losing to the same opponent 14-2, responded on Sunday with a dramatic 3-2 win on home ice vs the Boston JR Rangers.

"Unbelievable resiliency and team grit." commented GM/ Head Coach Andrew Trimble

Rochester, NH native Zander Allen scored first for the Wolves on a beautiful shorthanded tally in pd 1.  Adam Barnes scored in the 2nd to give the Wolves the lead once again after the Rangers tied it, but the lead didn't last long. "I think our response to adversity was the best it has been all season." said Trimble.

Brendan Boncore was oustanding in nets (pictured with the Firemans jacket), in his return from injury.  In OT, Captain Blake Harlow ripped the winner from the high slot on assists from DJ Schwenke and Declan House.  3-2 final.

The Wolves EHLP also had a good week, winning 5-2 over the Vermont Lumberjacks in Laconia.  Hunter Koch was solid in nets.  The Wolves program finished 2-1 for the week.

The Wolves returns to action next week with 3 games, including the Maria Mayne benefit game in Laconia on February 17 at 630pm.
