Wolves EHLP netminder Hunter Koch has been steadily improving all year. This improvement was exemplified in Thursday’s 5-2 victory over Vermont, a team the ehlp’s hadn’t defeated all season.
The home Wolves outshot VT 38-28 and Koch, in particular, was outstanding, turning aside 26 of 28 shots for a 92% save percentage.
The EHLPers look to continue their run towards the first round of the playoffs in aims of securing a first- round home game.
