Collecting Toys for Dana Farbers Jimmy Fund Clinic

Laconia, NH.  From December 5 to December 21 in a large receptacle in the lobby of the Merrill Fay Arena in Laconia, the New England Wolves and the Gagnon Family of Laconia, banded together to collect toys for Dana- Farbers Jimmy Fund Clinic.

Since Max Gagnon was diagnosed with Leukemia ALL Type B, he has received treatment at Boston Children's Hospital.  In an effort to raise awareness of Max's ongoing fight and to give back to those children receiving treatment, the New England Wolves accepted toys, trucks, cars, stuffed animals and much more to be donated to the Hospital's patients.

" Max has become part of the Wolves community, and we wanted to have him share some gifts to some of his community of friends down at the Hospital." said Wolves GM/ Head Coach Andrew Trimble

All in all, the Wolves collected almost 100 individual toys and gifts to be donated to the Hospital in Max's name.

" We try to instill in our teams an understanding of being part of the community and serving the greater good.  This toy drive and Max's presence with our team helps our players gain an understanding of the BIGGER PICTURE." Trimble commented.

The Wolves wish a Happy Holidays to ALL!!
