Laconia, NH. October 22, 2017. The New England Wolves Junior Hockey Program, between their EHL & EHLP teams, won 3 games during the week to continue their climb up the standings.

The Wolves started their week with an 8-2 Wednesday afternoon EHLP win over the Walpole Express.  The EHLP team was led by Ohio Born Prestyn Hoefler up front who recorded a hat trick in the effort.  Keene, NH native Gaetano DeLonge also recorded 2 goals to lead the visiting Wolves.  Noah Stock recorded the victory in nets.

The Wolves EHLP then won again at home against the visiting Jersey Wildcats, 6-2.  Noah Stock would again be solid in nets.  The real hero, however, would be Laconia native Bryce Ricker, who registered a 4 goal game!  Nate Trull, Alec Clair, Rob Lennox and Nick Merrick led the defense against Jersey.

On Sunday afternoon, the Wolves EHL team faced divisional rival, the Valley JR Warriors down in Haverhill, MA.  A high scoring affair, the Wolves traded goals throughout the contest in an uptempo and physical contest.  Outstanding efforts by Captain Blake Harlow (3 goals) and Defenseman Aleck Forcier (2 goals) led the Wolves charge, in an 8-5 victory.

“Both teams are starting the demonstrate their true colors… Responding well to adversity and overcoming challenges.” Said Wolves EHL GM/ Head Coach Andrew Trimble.  “It’s exciting to watch these teams on their upward trajectory.”
