The New England Wolves of the EHL are pleased to announce the signing of 2016-17 Alumni Haakon Hundsnes to a Norwegian Pro Contract for the 2017-18 season.

Hundsnes has signed with The Tønsberg Vikings. Tønsberg was in the Get-league from 2012-2014 and are now in 1.Division (second highest level) which they won in 2015 and 2016. They play out of the city of Tønsberg which is the oldest city in Norway. He came to the Wolves organization half way through the 2016-17 campaign and made an immediate impact in the Wolves lineup.

The Vikings had this say about Haakon, "wears #10 and hails from Stavanger, know for his hard work on and off the ice.  In his first 3 pre-season games, with his hard-working, hard-hitting style, has already become one of Fans Favorites!"
