Ryan Dumond, the 5’9” 160lb defenseman from Woodstock, GA has committed to Trine University for the 2017-2018 season! Dumond came to the Wolves this season after playing for the Atlanta Capitals in the NA3HL last season and East Coast Wizards in 2014-2015. This season, Ryan registered 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points in his 46 games played.

Trine University, formerly known as Tri-State University, is a private, non-profit, post-secondary institution located in Angola, Indiana. The school was founded in 1884, and offers degrees in the arts and sciences, business, education and engineering. Their Men’s Ice Hockey Program will compete at the NCAA Division III level in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.

“Ryan is a fluid skater and puck mover with great escapability and hockey sense. He plays a calm game and consistently makes a strong first pass. His high character and maturity will serve him well as he embarks on his college career. I know Trine is excited about him and will count on him immediately.” - GM Steve Jacobs
