Mike Potenza has been named Wolves Midget Program Head Coach

A life-long resident of New Hampshire’s Lakes Region and the New England Wolves Split- Season Midget Coach, Mike is also the Head Coach at Kingswood Regional HS in Wolfeboro, NH. In 2014-15 he coached the Kingswood Knights to their first Home Playoff Win in over a decade.


Mike played High School hockey at Manchester’s Trinity High School and played college hockey at Bryant College in Rhode Island.


He started coaching youth hockey in 1989, while attending the University of New Hampshire. He continues his lifelong passion for the game by coaching at the youth level as well as the high school and junior level.


Mike coached Back Bay Midget Youth Hockey program to two State Championships in three years, including an undefeated season.


He also coached an Adult Women’s team to a USA Hockey National Championship in 2013, and is a Coach and Skills Instructor for Scoring Concepts LLC.
