Wolves Welcome Dave Pollak to the staff as Academic Advisor & Peak Performance Coach

We'd like to welcome Dave Pollak to our staff! Dave will be the Wolves Academic Advisor and Peak Performance Coach.

 

About Dave

Dave Pollak, JD M.Ed. Principal, Pollak Peak Performance Coaching,  Professor MCIS, New England College, Adjunct Professor, Plymouth State University; Former Professor, Lakes Region Community College, NHIAA Soccer and Lacrosse Referee. Dave has been working with students and athletes for the past dozen years in the Lakes Region. His passion is for helping people to achieve excellence by harnessing the power of neuroscience through self-awareness, mental preparation, and behavioral change. Each individual uses the tools he or she learns to harness their energy and focus their effort to achieve specific goals.

 

Achieving Peak Performance Coaching

 

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Through this program, participants will 

  • Set Goals

  • Identify Roadblocks

  • Build Mental Toughness and Confidence
  • Become Better Players and Improve Team Cohesion

METHODS

Each of sixteen 90 minute weekly sessions will involve watching a video and/or engaging in a group or individual activity followed by a discussion. Homework consisting of individual or group work to consolidate learning will be expected to be completed. Each participant will keep a notebook to document learning and progress.
