LACONIA — The New England Wolves Junior Hockey Program recorded a stellar three wins this past weekend, highlighted by some outstanding individual achievements.

Starting the weekend on Saturday, the Wolves U18 & U16 teams, coached by Tim Gerry and Jay Londer respectively, traveled to Newington, Connecticut, to take part in the EJEPL Columbus Day Showcase.  Both the U18 won on Saturday 3-0 versus the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, and the U16 team won on Sunday 4-2 versus the Long Island IceCats.  Vlad Glazatov of Moscow, Russia, starred in nets for the U18s, and Harrison Parent of Belmont scored the game winner for the U16s.

Both EHL Junior teams (the U19 Elite and U20 Premier) spent the weekend participating in heavily scouted EHL Showcases, with the U19 Elite recording the highlight of the weekend thus far.
A 5-1 victory by the Elites on Sunday in Hooksett over the Brewster Bulldogs featured five different scorers. Seamus Eagan of Middlebury, Vermont; Quinn Fahey of Suwanee, Georgia; Zach Dezotelle of Swanton, Vermont; Nathan Trull of Berlin; and Carl Bear of Gorham, Maine.

The Wolves program returns to action this upcoming weekend, with Saturday featuring home games at the Merrill Fay Arena.  The puck drops at 3:30 p.m. for the U19 Elites vs. New Hampshire Junior Monarchs and the U20 Premier vs the Valley Junior Warriors at 6:30 p.m.
