Herberts is a former Wolves Junior Player, who recently graduated from College in Riga, Latvia with a certification in Coaching.
A member of the 2018-19 EHLP Wolves Championship squad, Herberts spent two years in North America with the Wolves and was an integral part of the programs success. Upon completion of his two years with the Wolves, he ranked as the All Time Leading scorer in the EHLP.
After leaving the Wolves and returning home to Latvia he spent several seasons playing Professional Hockey in Latvia and Estonia, winning two Championships with HK Kurbads.
Herberts will assist teams and coach at both the Youth and Junior levels for the Wolves. His ability to teach, coach and communicate with our international athletes is a critical piece to the programs success.
