Wolves u16 Hockey Team Wins Championship

Walpole, MA.  The New England Wolves U16 team won the NEPHL (New England Premier Hockey League) championship in the Premier National division this Sunday with a 3-1 victory at the Rodman Arena in Walpole, MA.  The Sunday victory completed the NEPHL playoff series, held each November concluding their fall season.

Falling behind 1-0 in the first period, the Wolves would get goals from Will Danais (Wolfeboro, NH), Ari Swift (Nashville, TN), and Ethan Abram- Hale (Cape Neddick, ME) on their way to victory.  This is the first NEPHL Premier National division championship for the Wolves.

All Wolves teams will be in action next week, with playoffs for the U15s and u18s, as well as U16s again for the NH Tier 1 championship.

This weekend, on November 13th the Wolves will host their annual NH Humane Society food drive.  All fans entering the building with a donation for the Laconia chapter (dog or cat food, paper towels, cleaning supplies, kitty litter, chew toys) will get in for FREE.  EHL Premier game vs Walpole is at 3pm and the EHL Game vs Walpole is at 6pm.
