Penton Commits to University of Southern Maine

Wolves 2000 birth year goaltender Kyle Penton has officially committed to Southern Maine.  Penton is a 6'1, 185lbs. goalie from Waltham, MA, who is playing in his 3rd year at the EHL Level.

"Extremely happy for Kyle.  He has proven he is a top goaltender in this league.  I am really happy that we at the Wolves could help him accomplish his goal of getting a commitment to play college hockey." said Tim Kunes, Wolves EHL Head Coach.

Penton has started his final year of Jr Hockey in strong fashion, posting a .915 save percentage and 2 wins in his 3 starts.

The University of Southern Maine is a public university with campuses in Portland, Gorham and Lewiston in the U.S. state of Maine. It is part of the University of Maine System.  The Hockey program plays at the NCAA Division III level in the NEHC.

The Wolves wish Kyle continued success and congratulate him on this terrific accomplishment.
