Every season brings change, as the Wolves attempt to build upon each successful season and create an improved player experience.

Ztending & ZtendingNH is the new Goalie Coach for the Wolves program for the 2020-21 season, and so far has already made a great impact on all the Full Season goaltenders in the Wolves program.

With specific Goalie practices for the Jr teams and Academy Players, and appearing at U14 Full & U16 Full season practices, Coach Lou Loutrel has been taking a personal approach and worked with each netminder individually.

"We stress "Player Development" here at the Wolves, and that is not exclusive to our Forwards and Defenseman." said GM Andrew Trimble.  " Coach Gutting did a great job the last 2 seasons, as goalies need that position- specific work.  Coach Loutrel is doing a terrific job of building upon that foundation."

Aiding Coach Loutrel has been Pro Netminder Kevin Boyle.  Kevin recently moved his family to Laconia, and he is jumping on the ice with Wolves goalies and training at the Wolves facilities as he prepares for the 2020-21 season.  Boyle, a UMass- Lowell Alum, has appeared in over 100 Professional Games including time with the Anaheim Ducks where he has a 2.17 GAA and .928 career NHL save percentage.

The Wolves have committed 10 Goaltenders to NCAA hockey in the last 8 seasons, and will look to continue that success with the help of Coach Loutrel.  GO Wolves!!
