The New England Wolves Hockey program prides itself on it's "Den of Development" model, an organizational philosophy that is centered on:
* Daily Skill Sessions in addition to Team Practices
* Position- Specific On Ice Sessions (Forward, Defenseman, Goalies)
* Specialized Workouts Each Day (Flexibility, Power, Conditioning)
* Multiple Video Sessions a week

* Starting On Ice practices on August 28th until Dec. 20th, each member of the Wolves JR teams have had the Following Hours of Practice, Training, Volunteering, and Classroom Time:

- 12-18 Hours of On Ice Skill Session Assisting (Volunteer Coaching)

- 59 Hours of Structured Team Workouts at Wolves Training Center & Pick- Fit
- 15 Hours of Peak Performance Counseling with Dave Pollak
- 30 Hours of Dedicated Classroom "Tutor Time"
- 5 Hours of Guest Speakers
- 17 Hours of Specialized Yoga or Stretching with Angela Pickowicz
Community Service & Outreach
* Wolves have volunteered with the following projects in the Fall of 2019- Laconia Multicultural Festival, Lakes Region Childrens Auction, RYHA Opening Day, LRYHA Tuesday Skills, LRYHA Learn to Skate, Pumpkin Fest, Pleasant Street School Fall Festival, Christmas Village Set Up/ Storage.
* 850 Man Hours of Volunteering
* Wolves have raised money for the following Charities through Benefit Games- Wounded Warrior Project, Laconia Fire, Blue Lives Matter, and Local VFW.
