The New England Wolves are pleased to announce the signing of Jan- Magnus Larsen to a two-year contract with the Tonsberg Vikings in Norway 2.
Jan- Magnus came to the Wolves originally in December of 2017 where he trained with Wolves Coach Tim Kunes over the Northwood School Holiday recess. After starting the 2018-19 campaign with a different club, Jan- Magnus joined the EHLP Wolves in December and helped catapult the Wolves to the EHLP championship. He was an integral part of the club, and scored a memorable shorthanded goal against the CT Chiefs in the Wolves first round playoff series.
Tonsberg, Norway is a city in southern Norway on the western coast of the Oslofjord near its mouth onto the Skagerrak. Home to over 40,000 residents, Tonsberg is the oldest city in Norway with a history dating back to the 13th century.
Larsen said,"Signed a two year contract with them about a week ago... I get to play... and take online (college) courses along the way!"
The Wolves Staff would like to wish Jan- Magnus continued success in his journey, as he embarks on this new opportunity in his native country!!
GO WOLVES!!!
